I am so excited to share with you this dreamy newborn lifestyle session with you today! It was such an honor taking The client's home was filled with beautiful natural light that made every room magical. The nursery was light pink with floating cascading flowers hanging over the crib. Plenty of playful soft stuff animals that the child will one day play with and classic baby books that the parents read to the baby every night. The nursery was just perfect and I was so honored to be able to take photographs the newest member of the family.

Newborn Lifestyle sessions are categorized as my Signature Session. Signature sessions are a full photography session. I capture every detail and document the beautiful connect between you and your family. I take my time ensuring I highlight your family and making sure everyone is photographed. WHAT TIME OF DAY ARE HOUSTON NEWBORN LIFESTYLE SESSIONS AND HOW LONG DO THEY LAST?

I generally do my Houston Newborn Lifestyle Portrait Sessions when the clients home has the most natural light in the areas we are taking portraits. We generally take portraits in two areas of the house such as the living room, master bedroom, and/or nursery. Whenever these rooms have the most natural light is when I advise we take our pictures. This time is generally between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.

How long does it last? Generally, In-Home Newborn Lifestyle Sessions last about 45-90 minutes long. The time is dependent on baby and the number of family members. During the session, I am generally flexible and go with the flow with the baby depending on feed times, cuddles, and toddlers needing breaks. I give direction and guidance during the session while keeping it casual and organic. My job as your Houston Newborn Photographer is to create a wonderful experience and having truly emotional connections during our session.

For some mom's that might mean having their hair and make up down professionally before their session. For other's its just the attention to and allowing you to be you. Whatever makes you feel your best! I am here to capture your story.

Newborn Lifestyle photographs can occur anytime you and your family are ready to take portraits. If you are hoping for photos of your sweet, new baby sleepy and dreamy with all the newborn details such as flaky skin, tiny fingers, and brand new baby looks, then it's best to do your session within the first 2 weeks. However, if you are okay will baby being awake, more personality, a bit grown, and Mommy recovering from labor and delivery, then I advise we book between 4-8 weeks.
