Planning your Session
The first step to booking your special event session is to visit my Contact Page and send me an inquire about your session. Once you send me a quick message, we will set up a free phone consultation to discuss in detail about your photography session. During the consultation, we will go over what your overall vision is, what matters most to you and your family, and how I can help to accomplish those goals and make your dream into a reality. I have captured numerous events. I have captured events with twenty (20) guest to two-hundred (200) guest. You will be in excellent hands.
Session
During the consultation, we will discuss your event in detail. I will ask about your timeline of the event. For large events, I always suggest I arrive about 45 to 60 minutes before the guest arrive. This is so I can take pictures of the room in its perfect form (before it gets messy), taking pictures of you getting your hair and make up done, and little details of your event that you put a lot of effort and time in. I want to capture those moments for you.
During the event, I will move around the room constantly and capture the energy of the event. I like to capture genuine, candid moments that are beautiful and will make you smile for years to come. Most importantly, I capture those special times that can not be replicated. For example, during gender reveal parties and the reaction of mom and dad. Those are the times you are glad you hired a professional photographer to capture your party.
Viewing your online gallery and ordering
After your special event session, please allow up to three weeks to deliver your gallery. Your online gallery will consist of all the best images from your session. You will have 30 edited digital images per hour you booked within your gallery. Your session will included all edited digital images I encourage you to purchase an album so you an remember those wonderful moments and share with friends and family. Plus, it will serve as a great coffee table piece.

Work the crowd— I've had the opportunity to photograph events as small as 20 people to 400 people. I know how to navigate events.

Where are you based out and do you travel?
I am based out of The Heights in Houston, Texas.
I capture events within the Beltway 8 in Houston, Texas.
Special Events that take place outside the Beltway 8 will be subject to a travel fee. Please contact me for full details.
How many images will we receive?
Every special event comes with an online gallery. The gallery can be shared with friends and family. You will be able to download the gallery once with all the edited images.
Special Events: About 30 edited images per hour booked.
What Special Events do you capture?
I have the wonderful pleasure of capturing a wide variety of events over the past few years. You will be in excellent hands hiring me as your special event photographer.
